SatFish Terms & Conditions

1. Terms
   1. By accessing this website and/or mobile applications, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and mobile applications. The materials contained in this website and mobile applications are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
   1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Satfish.com’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a single user license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
      1. Modify or copy the materials;
      2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Satfish.com’s website or mobile applications;
      4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
      5. Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server; or
      6. Share account with others.
   2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Satfish.com at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
   3. Free Trial Policy: Your subscription may begin with a free trial period. For trials longer than a week, we’ll email you a reminder 7 days before the end of your trial. Your payment method will be charged to begin your paid subscription at the end of the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the end of your trial on your Billing page or by submitting a support request. If you cancel during your trial period, you will not be charged for the annual subscription but you may continue to use the service until the end of the trial. Limit 1 trial per customer.
   4. Subscription Renewal Details: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term. You will be charged the membership fee at the time of renewal, plus applicable taxes, on each renewal until you cancel your subscription. We will notify you by email of any membership fee changes at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel at any time on your Billing page or by submitting a support request. Payment information (e.g. credit card numbers) and subscriptions billing are stored and managed by a third-party processor (Stripe).
      
   5. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time on your Billing page or by submitting a support request. If you cancel, previous charges will not be refunded, but you may continue to use the service until the end of the term for which you paid. If you cancel during a free trial period, you may continue to use the service until the end of the trial.
   6. Refund Policy: If you believe you have been charged in error, please submit a support request. We offer a courtesy 7-day grace period for refunding erroneous charges. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our services, we do not offer partial refunds. Under most circumstances, SatFish does not refund chargebacks or disputed payments for which the bank or arbitrator rules in SatFish’s favor. It is in all parties’ interest to attempt to resolve the issue amicably by submitting a support request to us before filing a chargeback or dispute.
3. Disclaimer
   1. The materials on Satfish.com’s website are provided “as is”. Satfish.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Satfish.com does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Limitations
   1. In no event shall Satfish.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Satfish.com’s Internet site or mobile applications, even if Satfish.com or a Satfish.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Revisions and Errata
   1. The materials appearing on Satfish.com’s website and mobile applications could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Satfish.com does not warrant that any of the materials on its website or mobile applications are accurate, complete, or current. Satfish.com may make changes to the materials contained on its website or mobile applications at any time without notice. Satfish.com does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

   1. Satfish.com has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website or mobile applications and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Satfish.com of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

   1. Satfish.com may revise these terms of use for its website and mobile applications at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
8. Governing Law
   1. Any claim relating to Satfish.com’s website and/or mobile applications shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
